Fruits are very important part of our diet and we should never ignore them from our base diet. I am taking a challenge to become fully Vegan. So my first step towards it is to eat fully vegan fruits and vegetable breakfast without animal products and gluten for 1 month. After 1 month I will incorporate this to my lunch and then after one month to my dinner. i.e I will change my whole dietary habit in a span of 3 months and then continue it for 1 whole year and then 2 and so on.
